Tony Yacenda is a director known for deadpan satire and mockumentary storytelling, bringing a Christopher Guest-esque sensibility to commercial and entertainment work. He co-created, co-wrote, and directed the Peabody Award-winning and Emmy-nominated Netflix series American Vandal, followed by Players for Paramount+ and Chad Powers for Hulu starring Glen Powell. In commercials, he has directed campaigns for Miller Lite (D&AD Award-winning "Cantenna"), HubSpot (featuring Kathryn Hahn as a pirate-ship CEO), The New York Times ("The Mannings" family campaign), Hard Rock Bet Sportsbook (featuring Metta World Peace and Michael Irvin), Buffalo Wild Wings (introducing mascot "Hank the Buffalo"), Sandy Hook Promise (Silver Effie-winning "Just Joking"), and Tovala. Earlier work on Quiznos earned two Telly Awards and three Ad Week Top 10 placements. His music videos for Lil Dicky—"Save Dat Money" and "Pillow Talking"—garnered Webby and Streamy Awards and over 413 million YouTube views.
