Tim Bierbaum is an Amsterdam-based commercial and comedy director signed to 1stAveMachine for global representation. He directed and co-wrote Ogilvy’s “Head of CeraVe” campaign, featuring Anthony Davis, Paige Bueckers, Charli D’Amelio and an ensemble cast; the work earned Telly Gold in Sports Campaign and Telly Silver in Creator/Influencer. His site credits him as director and writer on Google Pixel 8 and Meta’s “Are We There Yet.” Before and alongside branded spots, Bierbaum directed digital and TV sketch comedy including Astronomy Club, Hack Into Broad City, Alternatino, Above Average Presents, and other Comedy Central shorts, building dialogue and performance-comedy strengths. He also holds graphics and VFX credits, including on Last Week Tonight with John Oliver. Trade coverage on Shots frames his approach around bold, tonally unexpected advertising, comic-book visual thinking, storyboarding, and a hands-on multi-role filmmaking process in which directors own the edit.
