Tano Celentano (Marcos Javier Celentano) is a commercial director with an art direction background and international production experience spanning Latin America, the United States, and EMEA markets. A graduate of the Higher School of Advertising Creatives in Buenos Aires, Celentano trained as an art director and studied art history, film editing, dramatic structure, and actor direction. By 2013, his decade-long commercial career had earned recognition at Cannes Lions, the Clios, London International Awards, FIAP, Ojo de Iberoamerica, San Sebastian Advertising Festival, and the Argentine Creative Circle. His client portfolio includes Cartoon Network (the 'Zoo,' 'Cuco,' and 'Golf' spots), Pirelli (the 'Braking' safety campaign featured in Communication Arts), Samsung ('Family'), Dove ('Tennis'), and Bergenbier ('The Documentary,' produced in Romania). Celentano's work demonstrates a naturalistic, comedic sensibility rooted in his art direction training. He describes his creative philosophy as aiming to "capture life as it really is, so people feel that what they're seeing could really be happening." From 2006 onward, he expanded into Latin American and U.S. Hispanic markets, later adding production experience in Spain, Eastern Europe, Mexico, Peru, Colombia, Turkey, and Romania. His representation history includes Miami Film Roll (2013) and Panda Films Istanbul (2018).
