Taimi Arvidson is a New York-based documentary and commercial director represented in the US by Farm League. A Portland native and former competitive ski racer with degrees in Journalism and International Affairs, she has spent fifteen-plus years on nonfiction projects from the Greenland Ice Sheet and Bangladesh refugee camps to Greenpeace vessel access and rocket launches beside Elon Musk. Credits include an episode of Apple TV+’s Home (SXSW 2020), a Red Bull Way of the Wildcard short, and National Geographic’s Mars (EP Ron Howard and Brian Grazer), which received an IDA Award nomination for Best Episodic Series. Her feature From This Small Place premiered at Heartland and won Best Director – Documentary Feature at RiverRun 2024.
