Nick Sokoloff is a Los Angeles–based commercial director represented in North America by Farm League (joined October 2025; previously Sibling Rivalry). He came up as an editor, which still shapes his control of tone, pacing, and structure, and builds immersive films that blend documentary texture with stylised cinematography and naturalistic performances. Recent campaigns include Marriott Bonvoy’s “Where Memory Lives,” pairing a scripted narrative with a longform documentary about a real architect and the resort he designed; Expedia’s “See Yourself in Canada,” three character-driven travel microstories; and a Ford x Google Maps collaboration with Wieden+Kennedy New York—an immersive multi-week TransAmerica Trail / cross-country project that mapped the route with Google’s Street View camera. Other evidenced brand work includes Patagonia’s “The Key to Enlightenment,” Airbnb’s “Host to Host,” Red Wing, Apple, Nike, and a Red Bull Tahiti filming assignment. His films have appeared as Vimeo Staff Picks and on Director’s Library and It’s Nice That, with screenings at NY Film Week, the Hammer Museum, and SFO Museum. Trade bios cite Clios and AICP recognition. Outside advertising he directed the Vimeo Staff Pick Osmosis and is developing the narrative short Faraway Skies. His commercial profile centers on heartfelt, docu-leaning travel and lifestyle storytelling, with automotive/tech crossover on the Ford–Google work and action-sports adjacency via Patagonia, Nike, and Red Bull.
