Neels Castillon is a Paris-based film director and DGA member (since 2022), represented commercially by RSA Films in the US and UK and by To the moon and back across Asia and MENA. An ADC/One Club Young Gun in 2018, he co-founded Paris studio Motion Palace. His reputation rests on visually rich, emotionally driven films staged in logistically extreme natural environments—Iceland ice storms, Namibian dunes, Alpine cliffs, Chilean volcanoes, and multi-territory landscape units—hybridizing narrative, art, and documentary approaches, with colour treated as storytelling and frequent collaboration with choreographers for non-verbal body-language performance. Commercial work includes Repetto’s Kaia Gerber film In Bloom (16mm), Meta/Supernatural’s Iceland VR fitness campaign Feel the Real/Feel the Joy (RSA, The Mill VFX), Louis Vuitton’s sustainability film Our Committed Journey, Audemars Piguet Seek Beyond, Hennessy Paradis Is On Earth with Alicia Keys and Lang Lang, Renault Espace “Space is the greatest luxury,” Range Rover Speaks for Itself, Chloé We Blossom Together, Even Realities The Big Dance, plus Nespresso, Red Sea Global/AMAALA, Kering Eyewear, Lancôme, Georg Jensen, Schmidt, Hermès, Nikon, National Geographic, Longines, Roland-Garros, and Lacoste. In 2025 he directed the film component of Cercle Odyssey, a large-scale 360° immersive music-and-cinema experience. He prioritizes authenticity over greenscreen and designs for both long-form cinematic journeys and hypnotic social cutdowns.
