She broke through with the 2010 viral Newport (Ymerodraeth State of Mind) spoof, which led to her debut major campaign for Aldi—an extensive run of street-cast talking-head price spots that won Best New Director at the BTAA/British Arrows Craft Awards and Best Campaign at the Creative Circle 2012 awards. Advertising credits include Novartis’s Super Bowl 2025 debut “Your Attention Please” (Clio Health winner, via Moxie Pictures), M&S Food’s 2024 Christmas film “A Christmas Journey” starring Dawn French (Merman), plus spots for Nando’s, KFC, Walkers, Weetabix, Western Union, NIVEA, Grubhub and Avon. Impact work includes Project Everyone/Global Goals films (“What I Really, Really Want” Spice Girls redux; “Freedom”) and the Obama Foundation Global Girls Alliance “Think.” Parallel narrative credits include Apple TV+’s Ted Lasso (Primetime Emmy for Outstanding Directing for a Comedy Series, “No Weddings and a Funeral,” plus Emmy and DGA nominations), Stick, Frank of Ireland, Ten Percent, Renegade Nell, Gutsy, and the BAFTA-winning short Summer. She is working with Moxie Pictures (US & Canada) and Merman (UK).
