Leilani Croucher is a Sydney-based commercial director working with Revolver in Australia, RSA Films in the US (signed May 2025), and Merchant in Canada. Trained in Fine Arts at Queensland University of Technology, she joined Revolver in 2011, assisted directors including Kim Gehrig, Justin Kurzel and Steve Rogers, served as creative director, then moved into full-time directing. Her breakthrough was Berlei's Cannes Lions-winning "Boob Balls," a graphic sports-court spot of silicone balls built with Odd Studios and shot in extreme slow motion; she later directed Berlei work starring Serena Williams. Signature films include Bonds "Cheer Bleeders," a music-video fever dream of cheerleaders and period pain, and McDonald's "#TheOriginalMouthful" (DDB), a campy retro jingle homage that contributed to a Silver Lion in 2024. Recent credits include RMIT University's "What The Future?!" (Dentsu Creative) with flat-matte sets, oversized props and a puppet worm; MLC "Clarity"; Bras N Things "This Is Where I Change"; Toyota "As Good As New: Reliability"; and the December 2025 AWARD Awards "Creativity is Calling" films. Reel work also covers NRMA, Telstra x Apple, Golden Bakery, Oak, GIO and Stake. She has judged AICP Awards and the 2024 AWARD Awards Film Jury, and directed second unit on Apple TV's Roar with Kim Gehrig.
