Jade Smith is a UK-based director, photographer, and filmmaker working with CZAR across Belgium, the Netherlands, France, and Germany, Annex Films in the UK, and Companion Artists for photography. Jade's commercial directing work includes campaigns for Adidas, Nike, Dr Martens, Puma, Timberland, Lucozade, Kappa, Adobe, Xero, and Knix, with a focus on sports and community-centered storytelling. Jade's first football film was shortlisted at the Shiny Awards and featured in the APA Under-Represented Directors Showcase in 2022. Recent director credits via Annex include Adidas "Goals For Girls" and a University of East London student campaign. Simultaneously, Jade built a career in social content at Wieden+Kennedy New York's Bodega, serving as Community Manager on award-winning McDonald's campaigns including "The Grimace Effect" (Shorty Awards Gold, Webby People's Voice Winner) and the Super Bowl "Horizontal Breakfast" campaign. Jade and colleague Courtney O'Donnell were named Social Lead/Community Manager of the Year at Ad Age's 2022 Creativity Awards.
