She began her career at MTV, VH1, Nickelodeon, and BET (2007–2019), directing promos, PSAs, and writing for series including MTV's "Catfish" and Freeform's Marvel "Cloak and Dagger" digital series. Her award-winning short films—"Milking It" (Gold Remi, Worldfest Houston), "The Dogfriend" (Programmer's Choice, Bushwick Film Festival), and "New York Day Women" (NYU First Run Award, Tribeca 2025)—have screened at Tribeca, BFI Flare, DocNYC, and Outfest. In commercials, she directed Planned Parenthood's "Stand with Black Women" and Anthem Gold-winning "End Abortion Stigma," Jergens' mother-daughter skincare campaign, Dr. Martens' "Alt.
