Daniel Iglesias Jr. is a Los Angeles-based commercial and music video director who began his career while earning a BFA in Screen Acting from Chapman University. His breakout music video for The Neighbourhood's "Sweater Weather" has surpassed 750 million YouTube views. He has since directed music videos for Doja Cat, Stephen Sanchez, X Ambassadors, and Kid Culture, earning a Gold Clio for X Ambassadors and a Bronze Clio for Kid Culture's "Keep It." His fashion film "Margaux Vol. 1" won Best Picture at the London Fashion Film Festival and awards from LA Film Festival, International Fashion Film Awards, and Promofest in Spain. He earned Best Creative Concept at La Jolla for a Vogue visual poem. Commercial clients include Ikea, Ralph Lauren, Chrysler, Capital One, LEGO, Welch's, Graduate Hotels, Steve Madden, Skyy Vodka, Tiffany, and MGA Entertainment. His MGA Entertainment campaign "EGG$$$$$" earned Best Direction nominations at the 2024 Billboard Music Awards and MTV Music Awards. Iglesias edits 90% of his own work and is known for innovative camera techniques, surrealism, and performance coaching informed by his acting background.
