Colin Solal Cardo is a Paris-based director and photographer represented globally by Stink Films. He launched his career directing La Blogothèque's Take Away Shows and won the inaugural UKMVA Best Live Session award in 2017 for Mura Masa featuring Damon Albarn's "Blu (Live)." His music video work includes Charli XCX's "White Mercedes" and "Gone," Christine and the Queens' "La Vita Nuova" (nominated for Victoires de la Musique 2021), Robyn's "Ever Again," Griff's "Miss Me Too," and Olly Alexander's "Dizzy" (UK's Eurovision 2024 entry, which trended #3 on YouTube). He maintains a longstanding editorial relationship with Numéro Magazine, shooting covers and fashion stories with Bella Hadid, Anitta, Sevdaliza, and others. His commercial portfolio includes campaigns for Dior, Nike, Gucci Tennis, and L'Oréal Paris x Mugler starring Kendall Jenner—the latter shot on 35mm film with cinematographer Philippe Le Sourd. Solal Cardo's work combines high fashion art direction, dynamic camera movement (including motion control and handheld techniques), and choreographed performance, delivering what trade press describes as "emotion, strong artistic direction and intense performances."
