Christopher Riggert is an internationally awarded commercial director working with FINCH in Australia and New Zealand and RESET in the United States. A former graphic designer and agency art director, Riggert transitioned to directing after pursuing photographic work, bringing a foundation in visual design and brand strategy to his filmmaking. He has directed campaigns for Dodge, Volkswagen, Apple, Cisco, NBA, Uber Eats, ALDI, Spark, Telstra, and TAC, among others. His work spans character-driven comedy (Uber Eats "Get Andy," ALDI "Shop Aldi First"), hard-hitting public safety campaigns for TAC via Clemenger BBDO Melbourne, and high-concept narratives including the 2015 Super Bowl spot for Mophie ("All Powerless," Deutsch LA) and the documentary-style "How to Change Cars Forever" for Dodge Dart (Wieden+Kennedy Portland). Riggert has received awards at Cannes Lions, D&AD, and the Clio Awards, and earned a Merit at The One Show in 2013 for the Dodge Dart campaign. He frequently collaborates with editor Stewart Reeves of Work Editorial. Based in Sydney, Riggert is regarded as one of Australia's most acclaimed commercial directors.
