Benjamin Sonntag is a commercial director who turns universal feelings into intimate microstories—triumphs, quiet defining moments, and rhythmic portraits—with a heartfelt, music-inflected, docu-leaning voice. He is currently on Farm League’s US roster, which credits him on Les Schwab Tire Centers work (including an InGoodTaste collaboration). Earlier he was billed out of Rakish on Zoetis Equine’s “Long Live the Horse” campaign for Colle McVoy, framed as a love letter to the human–horse bond, and has been associated with Eleanor Films for UK representation. Documented brand work includes Nike’s “Run Like A Mother,” a Women’s History Month film on runner Erica Birk-Jarvis; COX Homelife’s “Indoor Camping” (2020); and the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Foundation Music Relief Fund PSA “Rise and Shine” (Light+Co / Twisted Fiction). That PSA, featuring Trombone Shorty and real New Orleans musicians awakening a silent Mardi Gras city, drew Adweek coverage; its music package won Found Objects the 2021 AMP Awards Ryan Barkan Best in Show and Outstanding Adaptation/Arrangement, with Sonntag credited as director. No personal Cannes Lions, Clios, or Super Bowl director credits are evidenced.
