Andrew Jasperson is a Los Angeles-based commercial director and writer represented in the U.S. by Imperial Woodpecker. An AFI Fellow and former copywriter and associate creative director at Wieden+Kennedy and Crispin Porter + Bogusky, he moved into directing full-time and was featured in SHOOT Magazine’s 2020 New Directors showcase. His work centers on sharp comedy and performance. He directed Bestow’s first brand campaign of comic life-insurance films and BetterHelp’s dark-humor campaign normalizing therapy through absurd refusals of help. Apparel and beverage comedy includes Mack Weldon spots (“Whistle,” “Negotiation”) and Truly Hard Seltzer films such as “Monkey Pong” and the “American Dream Anthem” US Soccer work.
